Orr Therapy Services Policies
Session cost
I am not on insurance panels. People pay me directly at the time of each session. I provide receipts of services rendered at the end of each month.
Many insurance companies provide reimbursement for out of network therapy services. I recommend investigating the details of your insurance coverage prior to beginning so you have a clear sense of your out-of-pocket costs.The cost of the session will still be your sole responsibility if your provider does not cover out-of-network.
Individual 50 mins | $185
Couples and Family 50 min | $225
Cancellation policy
I ask that you please contact me 24 hours prior to our scheduled session should you need to cancel your appointment. If done before 24 hours prior, there will be no charge.
However, full cost of the session will be reimbursed for cancellations within the 24-hour period and no call/no show.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
